His screams burst out of the silence.

Because his pain from a neck injury was so intense he couldn’t move, he did the only thing he could in an attempt to avoid more pain: he cried. We lifted him as gently as possible, knowing his agony.

Arriving in our hospital we treated him immediately for pain, and supported him with an IV drip. We worked as quickly as we could to reduce the time of his terror and pain, and as soon as he was alone on a soft bed, exhausted, he rested while the drip helped replenish lost fluids.

By day 3, Bhim sat up! He was hungry! With such glorious and rapid progress we knew we had a bright strong lad on our hands. Watch Bhim’s sunny self take over!
