Refunds or exchanges for products

Animal Aid Unlimited does it’s best to accurately represent the size, quality, delivery method, description, photo, and cost for all the products that it sells for the purpose of raising money for the charity. We will evaluate all communication for refund or exchange requests on a case by case basis. If you have any problems with any product you have purchased from us, please contact us via our contact page.

Refunds for sponsorships or donations

Animal Aid Unlimited does it’s best to accurately and securely collect and forward on data to our 3rd party payment gateways as well as displaying donation responses and communicating back to the donor via email. If there is any problem with donations, the messages, the amounts or even if you have a change of mind, we take your concerns seriously. We will evaluate all communication for refunds for sponsorships or donations on a case by case basis. If you have any change of mind or problems with any single or recurring sponsorship or donation, please contact us via our contact page. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to be processed.

Cancellations of recurring donations

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any moment from the donor portal (USD portal / INR portal) or by emailing [email protected]. Requests are usually processed within 5 business days. If a donation is charged after the request for cancellation is processed, we will refund the donation upon request.
