Be a hero for Belle!

Belle is a little red pony who, in 2022, did everything she could to stay close to her desperately ill friend who was rescued where she lay in an empty lot. Belle, at first unbeknownst to our ambulance drivers, actually galloped behind the ambulance until we realized she was there! Then we were able to walk her to our hospital, where we admitted both the mares.

Once the two horses arrived in the hospital–the ill one in the ambulance and Belle, the pony, behind, Belle wouldn’t leave the side of her friend. With Belle hovering close, she died surrounded by our care-givers, and her dearest friend.
