Be a hero for Grace!
We rescued Grace in February 2014 with a piece of wire wrapped through her mouth and bound at the back of her head. We believe she was suffering with the wire cutting through the flesh in her mouth for many days before someone saw her and called our helpline. She was barely alive when she reached the shelter and after we cut the wire away and treated her she curled up to sleep and stayed that way for many days. Slowly her wounds healed but the emotional damage took much longer.
