This poor boy was in dreadful shape.

He’d suffered a terrible wound at the neck. We have no idea what caused the wound, but we knew exactly what we needed to do in order to save him: many wound dressings, fresh bandaging daily, great food and tender care. We called him David, and as he healed, David’s smile started to grow. And grow!
