A very small dog with a very big spirit, Pomeranian Penny is one feisty little lady!
Penny was sadly abandoned due to deformities in her legs caused by nutritional deficiencies which affected her ability to walk. After lots of nutritious food and love, Penny’s condition has improved greatly. Whilst her front legs are a little bowed, she does not let anything or anyone hold her back and she is always keen to be part of the action.
Despite her small stature, Penny is very confident asserting herself amongst other dogs and generally gets on well with them. She absolutely loves to play, with her favourite game being chasing a ball, and her playful nature has quickly won over many of the staff here at Animal Aid. She loves to cuddle and would be over the moon to have someone with a warm lap where she can curl up every night.
As with many Pomeranians, Penny can be snappy when her boundaries are not respected. For this reason, we think an adult-only home would suit Penny best. If you think you have a space in your life for a little lady with a big character, get in touch!
