A fractured leg weakened the spirit of this beautiful young puppy girl.

A kind neighbor called us to rescue her when he realized she’d had an accident and couldn’t stand. We brought the sober-eyed little sweetheart to our hospital where we found that she had a fractured leg and would need a splint and bedrest. Despite taking comfort in other puppies, this girl held worry in her eyes. We mended her leg but we couldn’t consider her healing complete until we saw her joy return.
