Supporters who give through a donor-advised fund (DAF) or an Individual Retirement account (IRA) can make a gift that goes further for Animal Aid Unlimited. If you have a DAF, simply recommend a grant to Animal Aid Unlimited (EIN 71-0884843) through your fund’s website, or you can also complete a DAF donation to AAU through Every (https://www.every.org/animal-aid-unlimited).
If you’re 70½ or older, you may be able to give directly from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), which can count toward your required minimum distribution and isn’t included in your taxable income. Just ask your IRA custodian to send a check or transfer to Animal Aid Unlimited at PO BOX 94001, Seattle, WA 98124, USA, and let us know so we can thank you properly. Our tax ID is [71-0884843], and we’re a registered 501(c)(3). You can also complete a QCD to AAU via Every at https://www.every.org/animal-aid-unlimited.
Please make sure to include your contact info on your DAF or IRA donation so your gift is credited properly.

Non-probate assets for US residents
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will?
If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. We recommend using this online tool from FreeWill (https://www.freewill.com/animalaidunlimited) to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.
