From the left side of his face to his left arm, stomach, left flank, his wounds were truly vast and the deep degloving wound at Kashin’s thigh was the most vulnerable. If infection took over, he wouldn’t stand a chance.
We treated him with daily wound dressings and antibiotics, but the rest of the work, Kashin did on his own. He loved his food, his naps, his temporary new home and his care-givers. Few cats are as easy to treat as Kashin.
In Hindi, the name Kashin means “ray of light; luminous.” His thriving surrounded us with light. We couldn’t give this help without yours.
