My rescue story

I came to Animal Aid as a young puppy with a badly fractured back leg and tail injury. Part of my tail was amputated and although I still have a slight limp, it doesn’t slow me down. Nobody found my mum, so now I’m looking for my forever family.

Important notes

I have a slight limp and would benefit from regular check-ups.

I would prefer to live with friendly male dogs after slow introductions.

I’d be happiest with a family who has plenty of time for love and attention.

Behavior

Around people: I absolutely love people and can’t get enough affection. I’m easy to handle, walk nicely on a lead, have good recall, and would much rather cuddle with you than play with toys.

Around other dogs: I get along well with male dogs. I can feel insecure around female dogs if they are not immediately friendly and may growl to set boundaries, but I don’t seek conflict.

Energy level: I have a balanced energy level and enjoy walks, exploring and spending time with my people. At the end of the day, all I really want is to be relaxing by your side.
