I’m friendly, fun and happiest when I have something to do. I love people and other young dogs, and I’d thrive with someone who enjoys active adventures and plenty of play.

I came to Animal Aid as a young puppy with a fractured leg. I was frightened and hurting and nobody in the area knew where I had come from. My mother was nowhere to be found. After my fracture healed, the team searched the area again, hoping they might find my mother but sadly they never did. I remained at Animal Aid as an orphan. I’ve grown up surrounded by people who care for me but now I’m ready for something I’ve been missing all along: a family of my own.
I’m ready for a loving home where I can feel safe, cherished and truly belong.
I need an active family committed to regular exercise and adventures.
I could benefit from living with another playful, compatible dog.
My previous leg fracture has healed and I have no ongoing problems from the injury.
Around people: I’m very friendly and playful, although I can initially be shy or skittish with unfamiliar people and may bark. Once I warm up, I’m loving and enjoy spending time with my people.
Around other dogs: I love playing with other young dogs. When I’m bored or have too much unused energy, I can get overexcited with other dogs, so plenty of appropriate exercise and play are important.
Energy level: I’m a high-energy guy who needs long walks, hikes, active games and plenty of opportunities to play. I’m much better suited to an active lifestyle than a quiet home.
